1. Introduction

In this policy we capture all information relating to delivery. However, if you have any specific questions please don't hesitate to contact us at customerhappiness@kissofwine.com

We're constantly looking for opportunities to improve the service we offer our UK customers, therefore on occasion we might change the partners we use. If this is likely to have a significant impact on any future deliveries (e.g. as part of a recurring Kiss of Wine subscription) we'll be in touch with you via email. Otherwise, do make sure to check periodically for any updates.

2. Where do you ship to?

We deliver throughout the UK mainland as standard. We can also deliver internationally, if you're interested in receiving products outside of the UK please contact customerhappiness@kissofwine.com 

3. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for all orders to UK mainland, deliveries outside the UK will incur an additional charge.

4. How long does delivery take?

Your wines will be delivered from the Kiss of Wine HQ in London. We use a variety of carriers, the wines typically arrive in 3-5 working days.

5. What happens if my wines go missing?

If your one-off pack or subscription order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund.
