MEET OUR ROCKSTAR ARTISANS

CORRADO

PIEMONTE, ITALY

Corrado has a serious winemaking pedigree. The four-generations of a winemaking family who were amongst the first producers to create Barbaresco, one of Italy’s greatest wines. 


His wines feature on the menu of Italy’s best restaurants, now he’s looking to find new customers who share his passion for small-batch Italian fine wine.

WILD

DOLCETTO, PIEMONTE, ITALY

12% ABV

An elegant Nebbiolo from Piedmont, Italy. Bright and fruity notes of fresh red berries and black pepper balanced with bold tannins and high acidity.


Pair with: Pasta, Pork & Autumnal vegetables.

FEISTY

NEBBIOLO, PIEMONTE, ITALY

12.5% ABV

Smooth and drinkable Dolcetto from Piedmont, Italy. Loaded with dark red fruits, winter berries and a soft velvety finish.


Pair with: Sourdough pizza.


NICHOLAS

Loire Valley, France

Nicholas doesn’t come from a family of winemakers, but trained in the prestigious Sancerre region. He’s been growing his own vines for over 12 years and is a specialist in local varietals such as Fie Gris and Pinau d’Aunis. The stuff the locals keep for themselves.


The grapes used to create his Kiss of Wine Sauvignon Blanc (Crisp) and Chardonnay (Smooth) grow on the top-graded hills in the Loire. And Nicholas certainly knows what he’s doing preparing them for canning… He studied alt packaging way back before it was cool in 1999 as a fresh-faced student.

Nicholas' Wines

SMOOTH

CHARDONNAY, LOIRE VALLEY, FRANCE

12.5% ABV

Smooth is a bright and fresh Chardonnay from the Loire Valley, France. Unoaked and vibrant this wine has crisp citrus and floral aromas, with hints of honey and mouthwatering acidity. 


Pair with: Fresh seafood and goats cheese – another thing the Loire valley is famous for.

CRISP

Sauvignon Blanc, LOIRE VALLEY, FRANCE

13% ABV

Crisp is a fresh and zippy Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, France. A refreshing aromatic white wine with heaps of fresh citrus, lemon peel and racy mineral acidity.


Pair with: Any seafood. Our favourite is a fresh Spaghetti Vongolé.


CHRISTOPH & THOMAS

RheingaU, Germany

Winemaking brothers Christoph and Thomas are evangelists of sustainable winemaking techniques. Their passion for the study of wines and ‘wine wellness programmes’ ensure the highest quality fruit is grown bringing you the much-loved characteristics of a Riesling.

ZESTY

RIEsling, RHEINGAU, GERMANY

12% ABV

Zesty is a dry and aromatic Riesling from the Rheingau, Germany. Moreish stone fruit flavours of peach on the palace with a refreshing fresh citrus finish, all balanced out with refreshing dry acidity.


Pair with: Spicy asian food and/or sunshine.

ZESTY SPARKLING

RIEsling, RHEINGAU, GERMANY

12% ABV

Zesty is a dry and aromatic Riesling from the Rheingau, Germany. Moreish stone fruit flavours of peach on the palace with a refreshing fresh citrus finish, all balanced out with refreshing dry acidity.

PIERRE

Provence, France

Pierre and Magali own a vineyard in the spiritual home of rosé, Provence. For decades the vineyard has supplied wines to the region’s prestigious designer brands, which you’d typically find on the shelves of fancy wine merchants.


Perfectionists Pierre and Magali harvest their own grapes in the cool of the night, to preserve their unique flavours. But his young and dynamic team also love to push boundaries, creating unusual blends and special cuvées that are totally different to other wines produced in the region.

PierRe's Wines

CHILL

Caladoc rosé, Provence,France

12% ABV

Chill is a quintessential salmon pink Caladoc Rosé from Provence, France. Pink grapefruits, citrus and rose and fresh strawberries with crisp persistent acidity. 


Pair with: Delightfully refreshing on its own, perfect for a picnic or paired with seafood and fresh salads.


CHILL SPARKLING

12% ABV

Chill Sparkling is a quintessential salmon pink Caladoc Rosé from Provence, France. Pink grapefruits, citrus and rose and fresh strawberries with crisp persistent acidity. 


Pair with: As an aperitif or with canapes, at a fancy party in the sunshine.



RODOLFO

Valencia, Spain

Rodolfo and his father Andres have been farming grapes in Valencia for 3 generations, here they organically farm 60 hectares of vines which have never used any herbicides or pesticides, as they seek to promote biodiversity and rewild their farm.


Their meticulous care and attention to the health of their vine show through into the viberency of their wines. Their vineyards are planted at high elevations for the region which gives all their wines a mouthwatering freshness.

INTENSE

Tempranillo, Valencia,Spain

13% ABV

A bright medium-bodied Tempranillo, with layers of fresh red fruit, dried figs and cedarwood, balanced with mouthwatering freshness and silky tannins.


Pair with: Roast Lamb


PICANTE

GARNACHA TINTORERA, VALENCIA, SPAIN

14% ABV

This punchy Garnacha Tintorera boasts a bold, mouth-filling palate. It has bold and vibrant fruit flavours with aromas of dried herbs and white pepper.


Pair with: Steak or any grilled red meat.
