1. Introduction
In this policy we capture all information relating to refunds. However, if you have any specific questions please don't hesitate to contact us at customerhappiness@kissofwine.com.
2. Am I entitled to a refund if I change my mind?
If you're based in the EU, whether you buy a one-off wine delivery or enter into a subscription with Kiss of Wine, it's your legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they remain in perfect condition. You do not need to give a reason.
The refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods, or the first delivery of goods in the case of recurring subscription orders.
For all subsequent subscription orders, you're also able to cancel up until "recurring order date". Please see section (7) of our T&Cs for more details.
3. What's the process?
If you've received your order, decide you want a refund and are within the 14 day cancellation period, please email customerhappiness@kissofwine.com and we will organise collection of your wines. We will cover this cost.
It is your responsibility to hold onto the wine and take reasonable care of it until we come to collect it. Once we have confirmation that the wines have been collected we shall reimburse the price of the wine within 10 working days.
4. What if my wines are faulty?
We'll do everything we can to make sure your wines reach you in perfect condition. But we know that every now and then something can go wrong!
If your cans arrive and the wine or the packaging is faulty, please email us at customerhappiness@kissofwine.com.
We will then either organise for a replacement or refund within 7 days.
